Profile of Stella Signorelli

Stella Signorelli is a four-year senior from San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico, majoring in Visual Arts. She is an avid comic book collector, and enjoys watching movies and playing basketball. Additionally, she enjoys writing, and has stated she is excited to take Current Events & Journalism, as it will broaden her horizons. 

Stella dreams of becoming a comic book illustrator some day, and appreciates that IAA’s environment has been able to foster so much creativity. However, she also added, “Although I enjoy the community, one thing I don’t like is the packed schedule, but it's worth it because I am able to learn so much.”

She handles stress well as an individual, but finds herself occasionally frustrated if working in big groups. Finally and most importantly, she owns three dogs: Frida, who is humongous and beautiful, Burrito, and Beans, “Who is neurotic,” she said. Despite a busy schedule, a goal she hopes to achieve before the end of senior year is getting into a college she feels good about, and getting to create the work she loves.
